MEMORIAL DAY, MAY 26, 2008

REPENT AMERICANS! TURN BACK TO YOUR ONLY HOPE, OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR, JESUS CHRIST, ON THIS MEMORIAL DAY, WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME.

This Memorial Day finds our great nation, the United States of America, under a great chastisement from God. Our citizens have become pagans, complete with piercings and tatoos, living unto themselves, in denial of the day that they will die and stand before God at the Great White Throne Judgment. The Bible declares in Isaiah, in the last days, hell has enlarged itself. No doubt it is talking about the days we are in right now.

A nation that was once a bastion of light, taking the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, to the rest of the world, finds itself in two wars and literally surrounded and inundated with many enemies. We have turned our backs on God and shut the door on His Presence.

Our economy is in a shambles. Citizens are losing their homes, their jobs, their cars and credit. Prices are rising with the cost of gas reaching astronomical heights. Our governments, both state and federal, are bankrupt or teetering on the edge.

We are being chastised with tornados, wildfires, hurricanes, the beasts of the field and the fish of the sea. Yes, even the birds of the air. The bees that pollenate our flowers and crops are gone for the most part. Curses abound everywhere.

While all these calamities are happening, our citizens are partying, blinded with a strong delusion.

As a Vietnam veteran, I lost friends to war. Lets remember our fallen soldiers today and their sacrifice so that we could be and stay free. Remember freedom is not a freedom to sin. Sin is the door to slavery. Don't let these brothers and sisters who gave their lives for our country have died in vein. Turn back to God. Ask Him to forgive you of your sins today and ask Jesus Christ to come into your heart and life today. Confess Him before men. Read His Word, the Holy Bible and set your heart to obey Him as the humble disciple and servant He wants you to be.

Tell others while there is still time. This nation could collapse any day. Jesus is coming for His Bride. Are you ready to meet Him? Now is the accepted time, today is the day of salvation.
