Jerusalem, Jerusalem!

If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy. (Psalms 137:6)

Today is a great day. My son, Jonathan and I leave for Israel today. A glorious day on an adventure of a lifetime for both of us. I am expecting great and mighty things that I know not. I pray that our Lord will use us for His Glory while we are there this week and we will be a mighty witness to the Israeli people.

I hope to give a daily report here on what we see and what we feel God is saying to us in Bible prophecy for Israel and we in the body of Christ.

During my morning devotions I asked the Lord for something as we prepare to travel. I opened to the Book of Joel and read chapters 1 and 2. How appropriate! How timely!

Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;...(Joel 2:1)

Brothers and sisters, the Day of the Lord is near at hand! Nearer than we may believe!!

We will be staying on the Mount of Olives! Beside the Garden of Gethsemene! Glory to God in the Highest! This is our first trip and one, I've always felt like, the Lord told me I would take almost 30 years ago. I didn't know that it would be with my firstborn!

God is Good! His mercy endures forever!

All who have followed this blog know that the Middle East and the whole world is about to BLOW! Turkey has just betrayed Israel and Israel's former friend is now solidly in the camp with Israel's enemies. Turkey is the last named enemy (house of Togarmah of the north quarters) to line up and come down upon the mountains of Israel (Ezekiel 38,39) in the latter days and receive the Wrath of God, poured out in His Fury!

We covet your prayers! Onward to Jerusalem! The Holy Spirit is our Tourguide! Thank you, Yeshua!
